1. Purpose
This policy applies to everyone who uses the ZeonPay website, API, sandbox and dashboard. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not use the Services, or allow others to use them, for:
- fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion or other financial crime;
- unlawful goods or services, or any business that requires a licence or registration you do not hold;
- dealings with persons, entities or jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions;
- misrepresenting your identity, business model, products or transaction purpose;
- splitting, layering or disguising transactions to avoid limits or controls;
- phishing, impersonation, scams, or collecting payments for goods or services you do not intend to deliver;
- distributing malware or attempting to access, probe, disrupt or overload systems or other users' accounts;
- sharing, selling or exposing API tokens or credentials;
- infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights.
3. Restricted and high-risk businesses
Certain categories, for example regulated gaming, digital assets, or other activities requiring a licence, are subject to enhanced review and may be declined or restricted at our discretion or where a Provider requires it. Merchants must disclose their real business activity and hold all licences required in the jurisdictions where they operate and serve customers.
4. Security requirements
- Store credentials securely and never in client-side code or public repositories.
- Use IP whitelisting where possible and enable two-factor authentication on dashboard accounts.
- Verify callback signatures and acknowledge notifications correctly.
- Do not run load, penetration or security tests against live systems without our written permission.
5. Monitoring and enforcement
We monitor activity for risk and compliance. If we suspect a breach we may request information, delay or reject transactions, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and notify Providers, banks and authorities. We are not obliged to give prior notice where urgent action is needed.
6. Reporting abuse
To report suspected fraud, abuse or security issues involving ZeonPay, email abuse@zeontech.org with as much detail as possible (transaction references, dates, URLs). We review reports promptly and act where appropriate. For vulnerabilities, please give us reasonable time to fix before public disclosure.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as our risk requirements or the law change. The latest version is always published on this page.
